Able to generate the monthly progress tracking report
- Verify operational data to prepare monthly reports when required
- Able to capture minutes of meeting accurately and provide on time
- Able to schedule meetings
- Able to work with Authority to submit G50 clearance for the project, track G50 expiry and provide trigger timely renewal
- Able to assist in tracking asset and access for the project
- Able to assist in documentation and file documents for preparation for future audit
- Able to generate operational and management reports
- Able to provide end to end for project support from time to time.
- Able to provide adhoc support when required
These are the requirements to support PMO Admin.
- Diploma/ A-level cert (other qualifications can be considered)
- Minimum 5 years performing operations, administrative and other miscellaneous tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
- Possesses good knowledge of operations processes and office programs
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- Strong communication skills
- Meticulous and hardworking
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision
- Resourceful, responsive, and professional
- Possesses strong Microsoft Office and Sharepoint skill
