**Key Responsibilities**

Communications:

- Handling all upstream communications to/from Business Unit partners
- Provide constant updates to Business Unit partners on Common Product output/risks/help needed
- Running regular reports for Management-level visibility (tool status, on-time-delivery status, engineering change status, capacity status, etc.)
- Tackling/delegating escalations from Business Unit partners in a timely manner

Cycle Time Reduction:

- Pushing for Bill of Material accuracy through upfront capture of incoming/potential engineering changes, part obsolescence, non-standard requests
- Protecting the factory by sending out products before need-by date by pushing for identifying alternate parts and communicating part waivers early

**Functional Knowledge**
- Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities

**Business Expertise**
- Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work

**Leadership**
- No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members
