**Job Description**:
This is an opportunity to join MUFG Investor Services as a Junior Associate in Client Operations, Fund Administration department. Before starting your permanent role you will undertake a 4 week intensive program where you will receive dedicated training from some of our most experienced SMEs.

This bespoke program is an opportunity for you to gain the skills and knowledge you need to flourish as a Hedge Fund Accountant. You will learn the basics of how Hedge Funds work right through to how they are valued and processed using our state of the art systems. This is not your standard Induction Training, this is a program that will elevate your entire career in the Fund Administration industry.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Client Operations, you will:

- Provide a full range of fund accounting services to hedge fund clients, including NAV preparation, reviewing corporate actions, verifying security pricing, performing cash and security position reconciliations.
- Provide a complete range of fund administration services to hedge fund clients and investors, including compliance procedures, working with investment managers, brokers, custodians and auditors.
- Provide customer service to hedge fund managers and investors.
- Participate in multiple system improvement projects and automation projects

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is an asset.
- Understanding of securities such as equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options.
- Advanced investigative, and problem solving skills
