**Overview**:
Assist Quality Engineer in the root cause investigation of in-process fallouts and non-conformances from field complaints. Coordinate Engineering Change activities, support clearance of internal & external audits action items, and administer Temporary Change Authorization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in non-conforming product investigation (in-process fallouts and field complaints) and support non-conformance process
- Perform routine manufacturing and ESD audits
- Perform monthly Quality data compilation to support KPI reporting and draft quality performance report
- Perform updating of SAP material master, distribution of production documents during phase in of EC or NPI.
- Drive and support continuous improvement program.
- Support backroom activities in internal/external audits. Consolidate and review documentation in preparation for internal & external audits.
- Coordinate Engineering Change (EC) activities including monitoring, and reporting of EC KPI to support timely implementation of EC.
- Adhere to company EHS requirements, regulations and risk assessments and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others.
- Represent RAQA Department in ad-hoc committees and cross functional projects.
- Any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma and above in any field of study
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Experience in SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
