- Updating company all inventory transaction such as good receipt, stock issuance, stock return, stock transfer and stock adjustment into company ERP system on timely basis.
- Analyse and reconcile the inventory discrepancy and discuss the issue with store controller/superior to come out a solution and preventive action.
- Participate in weekly cycle count and stock take.
- Generating weekly/monthly cycle count listing and stock take listing.
- Handle worker personal tools & equipment issuance and return by following company SOP.
- Attend to phone calls on order enquiry and record down the order into MRF.
- Report any missing/damaged items to management for further action.
- Assist storekeeper to ensure goods quality and correct quantity during receive the goods from suppliers
- Assist Store Controller to ensure that warehouse staff members are following company policies and procedures for inventory control and safety measures such as wearing PPE when handling hazardous materials.
- Prepare purchase request for store replenishment item.
- Handle store office stationeries request and issuance. Place order to head office if needed.
- Sorting and filing of documents. Perform proper filling and e-filling in company shared folder as per ISO requirement.
- Maintain good housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of working environment
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned.
