Our mission is to build **AI literacy**, and foster a culture where **intelligence empowers people**. **We welcome you to join us** on a transformational journey that’s reshaping the telecommunications industry — and redefining what’s possible with AI at its core. **Grow with us** in a workplace that champions **innovation**, embraces **agility**, and puts **human potential** at the heart of everything we do. **Be a Part of Something BIG** - Maintain a centralized framework to provide full visibility into Azure AI and GenAI consumption - Enforce governance standards and tagging practices that ensure accurate project-level cost attribution - Deliver proactive monitoring, dashboards, and executive reporting to forecast budgets, detect anomalies, and identify optimization opportunities - Champion FinOps best practices across the business unit, ensuring that AI innovation is matched with financial efficiency and business value **Make an Impact by**: - Enforce tagging, cost allocation, and governance standards for consistent attribution - Integrate with Azure Cost Management, billing APIs, and monitoring systems - Partner ML/LLMOps team to ensure cost observability in training, deployment workflows and token usage - Build dashboards and alerts to monitor real-time and forecasted costs, including anomaly detection for budget risks - Deliver executive and project-level reporting jointly with value tracking team, linking cost to usage and business outcomes - Identify and recommend cost optimization opportunities and facilitate implementation - Drive adoption of FinOps best practices for AI in SingtelSG **Skills for Success**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 1-3 years of experience in cloud administration and/or operations - Knowledge in Azure services, especially Microsoft Cost Management, Azure Monitor, Databricks on Azure - Proficiency with data engineering tools (Python, SQL, PySpark) to process billing and usage telemetry - Experience integrating with dashboards and BI tools (Power BI, Grafana, etc.) - Working knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates) to enforce tagging and cost guardrails - Hands-on experience in cloud FinOps, including budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and anomaly detection - Strong communication skills to explain technical cost drivers in business-oriented language - Problem-solving and innovation mindset to find creative ways to balance performance vs cost in AI workloads - Strong grasp of data policies and cost management in cloud environments. **Are you ready to say hello to BIG Possibilities?
