**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and maintain employment records, employee apps, and paperwork for manpower related events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
- Administer compensation and benefit programs, including but not limited to tracking of benefits and reimbursement of claims
- Conceptualise and conduct employee orientations
- Oversee planning and execution of employee engagement programmes, such as townhalls, employee bonding events, etc.
- Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures
- Provide internal stakeholders with necessary HR support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to think critically and make astute decisions

- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Independent and reliable
- Takes initiative and willing to learn
- Singaporean

Estimated Salary: $2800 to $3600

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,600.00 per month

**Experience**:

- HR: 3 years (preferred)
