**Context of the role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our product team. As a Product Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our team and gain hands-on product management experience in the rapidly evolving field of cross-border payments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with product and sales teams to create sales playbooks, collateral and other sales materials that support the sales process
- Benchmark new cross-border payment solutions - Understand existing solutions in the market, use cases and growth opportunities for in this domain
- Go-to-market strategy for assigned payment product lines and actively collect client feedback to help define product requirements and make recommendations to the product team
- Create presentations that showcase our product offerings and value proposition to large customers
- Exploration for new 'Ideal Customer profiles' for Thunes. You will be responsible for exploring new customer segments, product discovery, and the path to go live
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to translate their requirements into detailed user stories

**What we're looking for?**
- Studying or pursuing a bachelor's degree in Technology / Computing / Business
- You are passionate about the payments and Fintech industry, have a strong analytical mindset, and are eager to contribute to the growth of our company
- Ability to develop and articulate well thought out business case and its financial/bottom line impact
- Willing to learn about Agile/Lean product development practices
- Competency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Excellent verbal and written English skills are critical to craft clear requirements and expertly communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with banking or payments solutions in the market, industry knowledge. Prior experience in the banking or fintech sectors would be preferred
