**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- Manage and support the physical infrastructure and facilities of all PA properties to ensure that they are well maintained and kept in a state of good, safe and serviceable condition;
- Manage CMP, A&A, Setting up/fitting out of RC centres and other minor building projects of PA properties;
- Oversee Project Consultants to ensure all projects complete in time, within budget and with good quality;
- Oversee appointed Managing Agent/term contractors and ensure all PA properties are well maintained and upkeep to requirements;
- Monitor and ensure all Term Contracts are valid and procured in time; and - Ensure compliances with all Government and internal procurement & financial procedures.

**What we are looking for**
- Professional certification in Building, Construction Management, Facilities/Estates Management or other building related disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in related fields;
- Good interpersonal, communication, management and organization skills with positive attitude;
- Self-driven and able to work independently and in team with good time management, initiatives and able to multi-task;
