Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct needs assessments to develop appropriate programs, including evaluating and managing risks.
- Plan, lead, and facilitate various programs.
- Use assessment tools to develop and evaluate group work outcomes.
- Create and implement group processes and specialized intervention strategies.
- Facilitate, assess, and review group therapy sessions to ensure they meet the needs of residents.
- Support case management by preparing for and attending all necessary case-related meetings, and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including parents and schools.
- Complete all required documentation.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Social Sciences with experience in mentoring and working with youths.
- Prior experience working with youth-at-risk is advantageous.
- Strong engagement and facilitation skills.
- Good knowledge and experience with social work interventions, social policies, and community engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
