Actively involve into end to end product designs, take the full responsibilities to deliver high quality results.- Create meaningful influence. Work closely with stakeholders and development & data team to balance and align the requirements, and make sure the projects move into correct directions.- Move process forward. Have the full control for the project progress, and be aware of the risk of delays, in the meantime, timely resolve the blockers.- Facilitate decision-making. Provide accurate and visionary information to the team. Conduct benchmarking research, data analysis, and A/B test experiments.- Formulate product form. Innovately come up with different product forms to help out business growth. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engeering, Statistics, or related quantitative fields.- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce search & recommendation product management.- Familiar with big-data and machine-learning based product is a MUST.- Being high-performing in communications. Provide insightful, logical, and clear information to the team.- Strong analytical experience in product proposal, running experience, and problem solving.- Thrives in an environment of continuous change and complexity.
