**About the role**

The Finance Associate will work closely with the CEO in Singapore and will be responsible for accounting, financial control, and administrative matters. This position is open to fresh graduates or recently graduated working professionals.

To be successful in the role you should be a collaborative team player, who can work independently and who likes to take initiative. You should also be keen on working in a fast paced, quickly scaling, start-up environment. If you are motivated and results-driven, we’d like to meet you.

**You will**:

- Manage Account Receivables and Account Payables.
- Manage bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, expenses, inter-entity contracts and invoicing.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow analysis and update budget forecasts.
- Prepare quarterly financial statements and yearly filing with our third-party accountant.
- Provide support to fundraising with burn rate, run rate and runway analysis and assist in building an effective financial model (5-year forecasts).
- Maintain capital table, manage ESOP vesting and assist in the preparation of shareholder meetings.
- Perform industry benchmarks on valuation and ad hoc studies on fintech and venture capital landscape.
- Provide general administrative and operational support for smooth running of the business operations.

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Recognised accounting qualification (eg ACA / ACCA / CIMA) preferred.
- Experience and ability to adapt to dynamic, quickly scaling, and spontaneous environments.
- Pro-active communication and organisational skills.
