Job Summary:
As a Massage Therapist, you’ll be an integral part of our wellness team, providing therapeutic and relaxing massage treatments to our clients. Your skilled touch, empathy, and commitment to client well-being will contribute to creating a positive and rejuvenating experience at our spa.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Massage Treatments**:Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and sports massage. Customize treatments based on individual client needs, preferences, and any specific health conditions.
Maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere during sessions. Strictly no illicit/ illegal activities allowed.
- **Client Interaction**:Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming environment.
Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ health history, pain points, and desired outcomes. Provide professional advice on self-care and post-massage recommendations.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiently execute massage techniques, adjusting pressure and focus as needed.Use appropriate oils, lotions, and tools during treatments.
Ensure proper draping and modesty for clients.
- **Health and Safety**:Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards. Monitor clients for any adverse reactions during or after treatments. Report any concerns or incidents promptly.
- **Sales and Client Retention**:Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits.
Maintain client records and track progress.
- **Professional Development**:Stay informed about industry trends, new techniques, and best practices. Attend workshops, training sessions, and relevant conferences.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work harmoniously with other spa staff, including receptionists and estheticians. Communicate effectively to ensure seamless client experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified or licensed as a Massage Therapist
- Proficiency in various massage modalities.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.
