**Working Hours**:8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:Guide and motivate a team of Application Engineers and Technicians in server and rack production testing.
- **Issue Resolution**:Conduct tests and analyses to diagnose product failures, collaborating with customers, headquarters, and factory teams to implement solutions.
- **Root Cause Analysis**:Identify the exact causes of failures and isolate components or failure modes for precise correction.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Actively contribute to Kaizen initiatives, bringing innovative ideas to improve processes.
- **Documentation**:Keep Working Instructions up to date, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- **Training**:Provide thorough training to technicians on Working Instructions, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
- **NPI and Production Support**:Support New Product Introduction and mass production runs to ensure smooth operations.
- **Quality Assurance**:Participate in ISO activities to maintain high-quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Minimum Diploma in an Engineering discipline.
- **Experience**:At least 3 years in a Server/Rack/Manufacturing environment.
- **Collaboration**:Strong ability to work effectively with customers, test/R&D/system teams, and other stakeholders.
- **Technical Skills**:Familiarity with Linux systems is a plus.
- **Multitasking**:Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure.
- **Debugging Expertise**:Solid understanding of test and debug methods, with proficiency in programming and debugging to resolve issues effectively.
