Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries. TikTok LIVE is seeking a dedicated and proactive Quality Implementation Analyst to join our Traffic and Ecosystem team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of various projects focused on enhancing the safety and content moderation of the platform. **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with other teams to ensure requirements are accurately incorporated and effectively executed in projects related to content moderation and platform safety. - Regularly monitor the quality of moderation projects, identifying areas for improvement and taking proactive steps to enhance system performance. - Provide insightful feedback on problems faced during project implementation to relevant units, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and learning. - Facilitate effective integration and continuous improvement of first-line information transmission processes, such as guideline cascading, to maintain efficient internal communication. - Ensure safety and quality protocols are upheld across all TikTok LIVE content, prioritising the user experience and compliance with platform policies. - Collaborate with other units to design, develop, and implement strategic technical projects to enhance content safety and user experience. **Qualifications**: - 3+ years of experience in project management, quality assurance, or a related field. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. - Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback. - Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety. - Solid understanding of content moderation policies and practices. - Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions. - Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
