**Position Overview**
You will join Global Revenue Operations (GRO) which is part of the 2500+ person Worldwide Sales organization - a team that values professional development and rewards high performance. In this role, you will be part of GRO’s Sales Enablement team, which is responsible for providing sales with the knowledge and skills they need to be successful.
**Responsibilities**:
- Determine individual learning and development needs by call shadowing sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers
- Develop individual training plans in conjunction with sales representatives and sales managers, with key success metrics and feedback loops incorporated
- Provide one-on-one and one-to-few coaching and mentoring on sales processes and methodologies, recommending additional training resources where appropriate
- Conduct group training sessions on key sales skills and best practices
- Make sales skills support readily available to sales representatives
- Coordinate with Sales Learning Program Lead to ensure consistency of methodology and identify opportunities for course correction or improvements in training content
- You are a role model and advocate for a coaching culture in sales
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- BA, BS, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience as an Inside Sales Leader
- responsible for Sales Training
- Sales Coaching and or previous Consulting experience
- Previous successful inside sales experience
- Previous experience coaching or training sales teams in sales methodologies, TAS preferred, SPIN, Challenger, etc. also relevant
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards
