**Responsibilities**:

- Manage hiring and onboarding activities
- Implement support measures on employee exits and execution of retention plans
- Roll out employee engagement activities and sustaining change management initiatives i.e. conduct and analyze pulse check results throughout change cycle
- Prepare and implement HR audits and roll out of progressive employment practices
- Involve in HR special projects i.e. analytics and proposals
- Handle ad-hoc topics i.e. discipline, housing, COVID measures, integrating new workers, dealing with partners and regulatory bodies
- Operationalize employment policies and practices i.e. working with HR internally and stakeholders on the communication, change management, deployment and roll-out
- Prepare HR metrices and reporting for internal and external reviews
- Prepare and check key compensation payment reports
- Prepare employee communication material
- Organize industrial relations meetings and minutes

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in business administration or human resource management or related discipline
- 3-5 years of working experience in as a HR Business Partner or HR Specialist role
- Good practical knowledge of employment legislation and industry practices
- Strong communication skills and with the ability to build long term partnership with key stakeholders
- Proficient in MS office and knowledge of HRIS system
- Basic/ Intermediate knowledge of Excel ( Vlookup & Pivot table)
