**Job Description**:
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Dietetic Technician (Food Service) assists Dietitians in the supervision of daily patient meal production and service in the hospital to ensure correct and quality meals are served in accordance to the nutrition guidelines for patient safety as stipulated by the Dietitians and clinical teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition or other related Nutrition and Food Science degree
Relevant working experience the food & beverage or service industry preferred.

WORKING HOURS

**Monday - Friday**: 8am - 5pm

**Saturday**: 8am - 12pm (alternate Saturday)
