**Here is what you are expecting to be doing**:

- **Product Strategy**:Shape and refine product roadmaps to ensure alignment with company objectives. Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions in partnership with senior management. Monitor market and technology trends, evaluating and adopting emerging tools to strengthen competitiveness.
- **Team & Cross-Functional Leadership**:Lead and manage a 10-member cross-functional team (Solution Architects, UI/UX Designers, Delivery/Product Managers). Establish efficient collaboration processes and optimize resource allocation to meet project demands. Define team goals, KPIs/OKRs, and conduct regular performance reviews with actionable feedback.
- **Project & Product Execution**:Oversee the full product development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and system design to launch and continuous optimization. Prepare technical specifications, architecture frameworks, API designs, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate development, QA, and operations teams to mitigate risks and resolve schedule or quality issues. Facilitate project meetings, requirement reviews, release planning, and risk management initiatives.
- **Operations & Performance Optimization**:Track product usage data and customer feedback to drive iteration and optimization plans. Partner with sales and marketing teams to strengthen product positioning and articulate value propositions.
- **Other tasks as assigned by the management.**

**Skills that will help you in this role**:

- 10+ years in software product or technical project management, with experience in SaaS, platform products, or large-scale system development.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or Waterfall project management.
- Independently capable of creating technical requirements, conducting requirement analyses, and developing architecture outlines, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong cross-functional communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints.
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, Notion, and MS Project.
- Data-driven mindset with sharp market awareness and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; experienced in collaborating with international development teams.
- Willing to travel as required to support business and project needs.
- **Bonus, but not a must**:Knowledge of carbon asset management, including inventory, verification, reduction, carbon credits, green energy, and carbon neutrality.
