**Responsibilities**:

- Interface with business users and serve as a liaison between the technical team and the business.
- Perform gap analysis and create Functional Requirement Documentation (FRDs) by interviewing users and developing current and target state business process flows.
- Formalize business requirements using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Collaborate with developers and contribute to solution design.
- Create, review, and formalize test cases approved by the business, and execute the delivery plan.
- Demonstrate technical competence with SQL and preferably Axiom or other shareholding disclosure systems.
- Possess extensive product knowledge across asset classes, including financial instruments and trade life cycle.
- Implement trade Straight Through Processing (STP) with multiple source platforms.
- Work with data querying tools to extract and analyze data.
- Provide end-user support post-implementation and actively participate in ongoing releases, including enhancements or rule changes.
- Manage change requests, updates to rule logic, and support development, testing, and reviews during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live in Production.
- Drive and improve front-to-back operational efficiencies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Strong background and experience with share tracking systems. Axiom preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Proficiency in using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and data querying tools.
- Solid understanding of trade life cycle and financial instruments across asset classes.
- Experience with trade Straight Through Processing (STP) and multiple source platforms.
- Strong SQL knowledge and data analysis skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Experience in driving operational efficiencies will be an asset.
