DESIGNATION : Window System Engineer - MAMK RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage and administer Windows-based servers in on-premises and cloud environments. - Perform system administration, backup and recovery, and security management. - Monitor server performance and troubleshoot system issues proactively. - Ensure compliance with security policies and implement necessary updates and patches. - Maintain asset inventory, including lease, warranty, and maintenance records. - Provide technical support and propose system improvements to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and upgrades. - Document procedures, configurations, and best practices for server management. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Server administration. - Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification is required. - Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies. - Experience with server security, backup solutions, and performance tuning. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
