Description
The SPARK Senior Executive is responsible to plan internal quality checks to centres. She will be required to coach and guide the Principals and centres in fulfilling the various requirements based on the Singapore Preschool Accreditation Framework (SPARKS) criterions.
**Main Roles and Responsibilities**
- Plan visits to centres undergoing SPARKS accreditations /Developmental Visit (DV)
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of centres, based on current and past SPARKS /DV performances. Analyse, strategize, and work with relevant parties to improve future performance across centres. Recommend training where needed.
- Develop action plan, training and coaching to meet SPARKS criteria
- Engage in the training of strategic planning and professional development of centre leaders and staff.
**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching
- Minimum 3 years in managing a childcare/preschool
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mentoring or coaching in EC setting
- Licensing & SPARK assessment experience
