**Job description**
- Manage and supervise the Technicians and work with FM teams, security teams and M&E teams
- Coach, train and manage technicians
- Maintain effectively the respective systems (AV) at site
- Ensure all projects, preventive maintenance works, and SOPs are carried out timely and according to planned schedule
- Support and assist in all client site projects (install, resolve, repair, trouble-shoot) related to AV
- Ensure that all technical team and direct contractor appointed by the client or Contractor's subcontractors follow the client's QEHS ISO requirements and Statutory Requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma with minimum 3 years relevant experience in the management of audio visual (AV) system, sound system etc or its equivalent;
- Meticulous and a good team player
- Self-motivated with good written and communication skills and computer literate.
