Household Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the household schedule and calendar for the Chairman or CEO.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate events, both personal and professional.
- Arrange appointments and meetings according to personal and professional requirements.
- Schedule, supervise, and coordinate home maintenance, repairs, and related projects.
- Manage household bills, administrative tasks, and general correspondence.
- Run errands and perform essential household tasks as needed.
- Supervise household staff, including housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, and drivers.
- Plan and allocate household resources, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Provide support for business trips, including local arrangements, flight bookings, and on-site coordination if required.Develop and maintain household management SOPs, including equipment manuals, inventory lists, vendor contacts, and daily checklists.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar household management role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and adapt to the family’s preferences and lifestyle.
- Broad knowledge and expertise relevant to household operations.
- Responsible, efficient, discreet, and highly organized.
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information.
- Butler Certification is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management.
