Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards within the building.
- Responsible for cleaning the floor, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas, common corridor areas, lounge/rest areas, etc.
- Responsible for the maintenance of tables, chairs, and counters, carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, and cleaning.
- Responsible for removing trash in office areas and lounge/rest areas.
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms daily, and to refill supplies in the restrooms such as soap and toilet paper.
- Responsible for cleaning of windows in offices, along corridors, etc.
- Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed.
- Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $1,200.00 per month
