As a Teacher at the SOC(SP), you will play a pivotal role in delivering our phonics program to young learners. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- conduct lessons for children between 18 months to 12 years old
- conduct assessments for new students to assess student profile and literacy standards
- preparation of lesson materials and resources for effective class delivery
- maintain and update students’ attendance and progress in the school system punctually
- maintain, update and communicate across lesson progress of students, parents, relief and/or assistant teachers where relevant and necessary
- conduct relief lessons in the absence of fellow teachers
- conduct workshops for children under 12 years old including storytelling
- collaborate with team to ensure high student retention rate and increase student count
