Responsibilities
- Analyze orders and forecasts.
- Develop delivery plans.
- Make contact with customers to go over delivery obligations.
- Coordination of the delivery plans should be done internally with the production department.
- Keep track of the production's results and development.
- Analyze delays and interruptions, discuss them, and come up with a solution with the production department to ensure delivery commitment.
- Prepare the materials you'll need.
- Give purchasing advice on how much and when the materials are needed in order to avoid shortages and excesses.
- Send a challenging problem to the program manager for resolution.
- Keep track of delivery schedules and activities.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, ‘A’ level, or ‘O’ level with related experience.
- Working Location : Ang Mo Kio
