**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a Venture Fellow who will play a crucial role in working with Xora’s Venture Labs (XVLs)/ Venture builds.

This position requires you to work from the Company’s headquarters in Singapore.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Venture Building: Collaborate with the investment team and portfolio companies to help incubate and scale new ventures. This includes working closely with Partners/founders/teams to define their value proposition, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Building Key Functions: Assist portfolio companies in building foundational functions such as product development, go to market strategies, and business development. You will be expected to offer strategic insights, help hire key personnel and provide operational guidance.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to support venture building and inform investment decisions.
- Deal Sourcing: Help identify and evaluate potential opportunities, particularly in industries aligned with venture-building efforts, through outreach and networking with founders, industry experts, and other investors.
- Due Diligence: Support the investment team by performing due diligence on prospective investments, with a focus on evaluating the strength of teams, market opportunities, and scalability of business models.
- Portfolio Support: Work closely with existing portfolio companies, providing operational and strategic assistance, helping them build essential internal functions, and preparing them for subsequent funding rounds.

**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- For **Commercial Backgrounds**:

- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives or drive innovation within a corporate environment, particularly those focused on cutting-edge technologies, product commercialization, or new market entry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology commercialization process, including go-to-market strategies, product development cycles, and scaling operations from early-stage innovation to market penetration.
- For **Research Backgrounds**:

- Researchers are expected to submit a thesis exploration proposal to Xora, which, if aligned with Xora’s objectives, will be supported and developed into a viable venture.
