**OUR POSITION IN A NUTSHELL**:
Dwellworks provides services for people who are relocating with their jobs, either permanently or temporarily. Our clients are the companies who are moving their employees either domestically or internationally.
Our Corporate Housing team find short/medium term accommodation for the employees of our clients who are travelling with their jobs. Once suitable accommodation has been found, the team then works to finalise the booking, problem-solve any issues during the stay, coordinate the check-out procedure, and invoice the client.
The Corporate Housing team is split into two sub-teams: Reservations and Guest Services. You will be trained to specialise in one area and provide short-term cover for the other. The focuses for both sub-teams include customer experience, lead conversion, SLA compliance and accuracy.
The Reservations sub-team involves acting as liaison for the client in processing requests for housing, providing housing options, sourcing viable housing options in the marketplace, at times working with our field consultant network to locate such options, and confirming the final choice of housing by the guest.
The Guest Services sub-team focuses on providing client & guest service once the reservation has been confirmed. This involves all daily customer-facing tasks including the flow of move-in/move out paperwork, answering queries from clients and service providers, ensuring records are accurate, contributing to the invoicing process, and ensuring a best-in-class client and guest experience for the duration of their stay.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:**
Your Experience & Education**:
- Strong administrative experience gained in any industry
- It would be a bonus if you have any experience within corporate housing or a related industry, e.g. serviced apartments, extended-stay hotels, relocation management companies, or destination services providers
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suits/O365 in a business environment
- Demonstrated experience learning & using in-house specialist systems
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and without close supervision
A client-focused approach
- Ability to speak and write in English in all business communications; other language skills an advantage
- International travel experience, appreciation of cultural differences, and experience working in a global environment
