Responsible for the overall platform work of the crewing department
- Maintain good relationship with manning agencies in various countries to provide a complete set of team despatch services for shipowners.
- To develop and grow the crew/seafarers from all over the world to join MOL platform.
- Responsible for formulating relevant service standards and business processes to ensure delivering high quality services to shipowners and crews and to achieve the platform's innovative model and financial indicators.
- Practices and conformance with company's policies and procedures
- Manage and handle all crewing related operations of the Company

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 10 years of crewing operations experience with 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity is a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential with the ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Strong verbal/written skills, as well as strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team.
- Good planning, prioritizing, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive matters appropriately.
- Ability to be agile and contribute to a changing work environment, seeking out opportunities to continually improve systems and processes.
