We are looking for an innovative Graphic Designer for our internal Creative Services team to support the infrastructure organization at a global social media company, a highly energized environment with some of the most talented creative minds.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create original designs for internal landing pages, content pages, and various other site assets.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to development.
- Designing and developing engaging and responsive landing pages for internal wiki/web pages.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Create wiki/website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
- Conceptualize and offer creative solutions for improving various areas on internal sites.
- Attend meetings with stakeholders to find creative solutions to complex problems

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you have:

- 4+ years of web design/development experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exemplary customer service experience working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, and site maps.
- Experience balancing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting aggressive timelines.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

While not required, it's great if you have experience in or passion for the following areas:

- Branding, logo design, and/or presentation production

**Additional Requirements**:

- Please submit a portfolio that clearly demonstrates your web design and any other graphic design experience.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested
