Site Security Program Manager

**Job Overview**:
The Site Security Program Manager (SSPM) is responsible for identifying, implementing, and overseeing security operational requirements as outlined by Meta.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Meta security plan
- Provide oversight and guidance to the Security vendor via their on-site management/supervision team
- Ensure that the operational security program is resourced to meet Meta Business needs and project milestones
- Liaison with Meta XFN partners and construction stakeholders to ensure the site security team is meeting all expectations
- Communicate clearly to all partners, ensuring alignment between operational and construction security teams
- Provide timely, detailed operational updates to Meta management and regional leadership
- Collaborate with the Security Operations Manager (SOM) to provide operational updates, security briefings, professional guidance and mentoring as necessary
- Ensure Meta security personnel adhere to all prescribed operational processes and legal requirements in carrying out their assigned roles
- Support the effective management of the site security operation, including the maintenance of security tools and technologies on site

**Skills**:

- 9+ years of general experience
- Extensive security industry experience, licensing and certificates as applicable according to the local legislation
- Project management and budget management experience
- Experienced in engagement with XFN partners and senior management
- Highly developed leadership qualities; people management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent briefing and presentation skills with proven ability to influence key business partners
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Willing to travel overseas as necessary and to work flexible hours as required

**Compensation**:
Estimated Pay Range: Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
