This role will be responsible for handling and monitoring all QuickSTAT consignments ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.

**YOUR ROLE**

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Printing Export and Import document paperwork and assembling the document file.
- Data entry of key milestone information
- Shared responsibility of departmental mailbox, to include the receipt of new packaging bookings and internal queries.
- Liaising with the Operations and Control Tower depts via telephone to communicate milestone information (PUC / Tender / Recovery / OFD / POD).
- Selection & preparation of temperature loggers & GPS trackers from our onsite inventory in conjunction with client requirements.
- Perform weekly warehouse inventory check of all supplies.
- Monitoring APAC agents inventory supplies and arrange replenishment when required.
- Carrying out Quality Control checks and releasing processes in accordance with established QA/QSHE procedures.
- Clear & concise communication of any discrepancies.
- Maintain personal standards of discipline with regards to:

- Start and Finish time
- Uniform and Appearance
- Shared responsibility of ensuring the hygiene levels within the facility are maintained to the highest standards.
- Keep the Management team advised of potential & confirmed issues as they arise.
- Leave appropriate handovers for the next shift when required.
- Keep the Operations Manager & Supervisor advised of potential & confirmed issues as they arise.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**
- Experience of handling temperature controlled & time critical consignments.
- Experience of working to strict deadlines
- Comprehensive understanding of the various temperature-controlled packaging solutions available on the open market to forwarders.
- Comprehensive understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport.
- Minimum 2 years Industry Experience.
- GDP Training and Qualifications specific to Transportation
- Computer literacy.
