**About the role - you will**:

- Perform equipment troubleshooting, product conversions and routine preventive maintenance to attain overall equipment performance
- Work with engineering on equipment setup and equipment upgrades
- Perform root cause analysis to reduce product defects
- Initiate ideas on equipment OEE and productivity improvement, safety hazards and cost saving reduction projects
- Have the opportunities for continual learning and growth

**About you**:

- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma or ITE
- Self-motivated and positive working attitude
- Team player with good problem-solving skill
- Willing to work in a clean room environment
- Willing to work on 12 hours night shift pattern

**Your experience includes**:

- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Relevant experience will be an advantage

**Location**:
Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
