Join PepsiCo as a Supply Chain Associate (6-Months Contract) & understand how the Supply Chain team coordinate and manage 750+ supply chain routes. **Responsibilities**: - Provide day to day operations support in Raw Materials and Production Planning department. - Follow up on materials delivery/arrival with various stakeholder to ensure timely release of materials to fulfil production plan. - Analyse SAP purchase requisitions and convert to PO’s on timely basis. - Follow PO acknowledgement, maintain and ensure timely update of PO delivery date in SAP. - Review raw materials freshness, shelf life and liaise with raw materials planner and quality team on shelf-life extensions. - Maintain Materials Dashboard KPIs including but not limited to Past Dues, Aging PR, RM shortage, Order Acknowledgement, SOH vs Safety, Shelf life and RM availability. - Develop customized Power BI/Tableau reports (for example shipment and inventory tracking). - Report automation and setup of Microsoft Access/Database. - Predictive modelling and forecasting/simulation for Inventory Management and Warehousing Capacity Planning. - Any other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned. **Qualifications**: - Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply **Knowledge and job skills**: - Passionate about transforming how the business operates through technology and process improvement. - Strong analytical skills, able to manage, challenge and analyze multiple sets of data (Data -> Insights -> Action). - Able to collaborate effectively and work comfortably across multi-functional teams, communicate ideas clearly and succinctly. - Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in both verbal and written forms.
