【 What you will be doing 】- Maintain 19 retail shops in Changi Airport and 2 offices in the best condition to maximize the customer experience by keeping high standards of maintenance, housekeeping, and security of equipment and facilities.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure facility equipment, office and retail store systems run smoothly and efficiently including troubleshooting for electrical faults, air conditioning faults, water pipe bursts and other related facility equipment with helping hands from contractors or external vendors
- Oversee overall daily safety activities, and ensure risk assessment and control measures are implemented
- Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure all repair/maintenance work is done to our expectations.
- Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- Fixtures assessment and management (as we are taking over a number of equipment/fixtures/security systems from DFS, he/she will need to check and assess these items)
- Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance works and to ensure the upkeep of the site in accordance with stipulated requirements.
- Take site measurements of LED lighting panels / POP (Point of Purchase) / ISP (In-Store Promotion) to prepare and coordinate the installations
- Submission of GLOB+ slips and approvals for purchases or services payable that are related to maintenance of the operations.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the management

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- 【 What they are looking for 】- NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical discipline
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience in multiple retail store facilities and maintenance experience is required
- Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
- Valid FSM certificate preferred**English Level**:
