Our client is transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries As they continue to grow, they are seeking a **Service Technician** to join their team. **The position may require you to travel to different countries within the Asia region.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical assistance during product demonstrations and sales trials to help customers understand our cleaning robots.
- Train customers on how to use and maintain our cleaning robots, and certify them for proper operation.
- Address technical inquiries, quickly identify issues, and troubleshoot robot malfunctions to ensure mínimal downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Work with internal teams to address and solve robot issues, both on-site and for factory returns.
- Stay updated on the latest robot technologies and use this knowledge to assist customers.
- Collect feedback to help improve the product and share insights with the R&D team.
- Travel to customer sites as needed for onsite support, training, and troubleshooting services.
- Assist with any additional duties assigned by the manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certificate in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
- 2-3 years in technical support or servicing, ideally in robotics or automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer training and support.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in cleaning robot technologies.
- Must be willing to travel for customer support and training.
- Class 3 driving license is a plus.
