**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure **AWS Cloud**infrastructure using **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**.
- Manage and optimize **Kubernetes clusters**using **Amazon EKS**, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and maintain **GitOps workflows**using tools like **ArgoCD**.
- Develop and support **CI/CD pipelines**for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software lifecycle.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using scripting and coding.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in financial environments.
- Implement and manage **observability frameworks**using **OpenTelemetry**, **Prometheus**, **Grafana**, and related tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues across environments.
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices across the organization.

**Required Skills & Experience**:
**Cloud & Containerization**:

- Deep expertise in **AWS Cloud Services**(EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, Lambda, etc.).
- Strong experience with **Amazon EKS**and **Kubernetes**administration.
- Hands-on with **ArgoCD**, **Flux**, or similar GitOps tools.
- Proficiency in **Docker**, **Helm**, and container orchestration.

**CI/CD & Automation**:

- Proven experience with **CI/CD tools**such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Strong scripting skills in **Bash**, **PowerShell**, or **Python**.
- Experience with **Infrastructure as Code**using **Terraform**, **CloudFormation**, or **Pulumi**.

**Observability & Monitoring**:

- Experience implementing **OpenTelemetry**for distributed tracing and metrics collection.
- Familiarity with **Prometheus**, **Grafana**, **ELK Stack**, **Datadog**, or similar tools.
- Ability to design and maintain end-to-end observability pipelines.

**Coding & Integration**:

- Ability to code in at least one of**:Java**, **C#**, **Python**, or **JavaScript**.

**Financial Domain Knowledge**:

- Prior experience in **financial markets**, **capital markets**, or **fintech**environments.
- Understanding of the operational and regulatory requirements of financial systems.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

**Preferred Extras**:

- Experience with **security best practices**in cloud and containerized environments.
- Exposure to **high-frequency trading**, **market data systems**, or **real-time analytics**.
- Familiarity with **service mesh technologies**like Istio or Linkerd.
