**Roles & Responsibilities**
- General office admin and maintenance of office.
- Reconcile monthly banking statements with invoices, payment vouchers
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Keep track of accounts, filing, update and keep track of client and projects data sheet for tracking of billing and of project reference.
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Any other office related admin tasks assigned.
- Any adhoc duty

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Well-versed in accounting system and use of Microsoft office
- knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of working knowledge and experience
