**Responsibilities**:

- Fulfil the roles of BA lead and people manager role for group of intelligent and excellent business analysts in your unit:

- Help employees in professional growth and career development
- Ensure a necessary and sufficient level of employees’ professional motivation
- Represent and protect employees’ interests on various levels within the company (corporate, unit, project)
- Organize information exchange between employees and units
- Support delivery teams with participation in project coordination and supervision:

- Monitor the subordinates' work on the projects through communication with Delivery/Project Managers and Account Managers
- Provide effective project staffing upon request of Delivery/Project Managers and Account Managers
- Contribute in organizational development:

- Support interactions between the unit and other units, shared services within the company
- Build an effective organizational and managerial structure in the unit
- Gather, maintain and expand technological and managerial expertise within the unit
- Support Company growth:

- Support technology management on the corporate level

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Proven years of leadership experience in a software development organization as a unit leader and able to guide and coordinate a BA team of 5 to 7 people
- Business analysis or product management experience is a must; Project management experience is preferred
- Advanced BA skills and knowledge in general
- Proven experience in evaluating theorical knowledge, practical skills and the seniority level of business analysts
- Expected to be able to follow and actively enhance a defined software development process and business analysis approach, and enforce it on a project
- Good communication skills with all levels
- Be able to prepare high-quality, unambiguous project and customer related documentation
- Expected to work independently with management supervision

**Nice to have**:

- Experienced in implementing and analyzing the quality metrics in a project, participating in the definition of the metrics
- Experienced in acting as a direct customer contact
- Be able to handle contracting and financial issues under supervision
