Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities* Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for the development and maintenance of features of the developers portal.* Oversee and manage the project delivery process, ensuring all milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.* Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project scope with business objectives and ensure successful implementation of solutions.* Ensure the quality of deployments by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.* Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project risks, escalations, and changes in scope.* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, encouraging continuous learning and skill development.* Manage team dynamics, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to microservices, cloud, and deployment methodologies. Requirements* Proven experience in managing the delivery lifecycle of applications implementing RESTful microservice architecture.* Strong management skills, with the ability to manage scope, timelines, and quality.* Good working knowledge on Software Development Lifecycle and experience in using tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA, etc.* Solid understanding of deployment lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and best practices.* Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in public cloud technologies.* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.* Positive attitude, with a strong sense of accountability and a growth mindset.
