**Key responsibilities include**:
- Ensure company HR policies, practices and programs comply with local employment laws and provide clear interpretations to employees and managers
- Drive local efforts toward the desired culture, engagement and inclusion of the company
- Oversee the preparation and issuance of employment contracts
- Manage end-to-end local onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration for new and relocated employees
- Craft and deliver local HR communications that inspire our people and drive organizational alignment
- Support local learning and development efforts by developing, delivering and managing training programs and processes
- Develop, implement and manage country total rewards programs/vendors to attract, retain and motivate the best people while producing outstanding business performance and shareholder value
- Support the handling of employee relations matters including conflicts, complaints, grievances, performance management and disciplinary actions
- Track, consolidate, and analyse HR data for reporting to government agencies and stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end country offboarding processes
- Provide customer-focused HR services that reinforce and model the One Agilent behaviors
- Collaborate and support the successful deployment of HR initiatives and projects to improve organizational effectiveness
- Identify and implement improvements in local HR procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at various levels
- Ability to embrace change, multi-task and work proactively
**Additional Details**
This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
