We are looking for a full time Sales Consultant for our growing retail group

Job Scope
- Ensure that the hairstylist adhere to all sales and operational excellence standards related to providing a great customer experience
- Build rapport with the customer
- Working closely with hairstylist to achieve the monthly sales target
- Work closely with HQ to run promotions for the outlet to generate more sales
- Oversee and run daily operations outlet independently
- Provide professional sales service and advice to customers
- Be in line with organizational goals and mission
- Maximize sales opportunities where possible

**Requirements**:

- Able to work retail hours
- Sales driven and results oriented in achieving sales target
- Able to communicate with our Chinese speaking customers
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality and positive work attitude

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $4,800.00 per month
