As a Business Analyst (Payments) at Sedha Consulting, you will be instrumental in analyzing and enhancing payment systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive the implementation of innovative payment solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Gathering and documenting business requirements for payment processing systems
- Working closely with technology teams to translate business needs into functional specifications
- Performing gap analysis and proposing enhancements to existing payment processes
- Assisting in creating test scenarios and collaborating in the testing phase to ensure system quality
- Monitoring project progress and managing potential risks associated with requirements or processes

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the payments domain
- Strong understanding of payments processing and associated technologies
- Experience required in Swift Payment
- Knowledge in RTGS Process
- Experience in documenting user stories, requirements, and test cases
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex issues clearly
- Keen analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
