**Job Description**:
Summary:
Assistant Engineer (Inspection cum QMS) ensures that manufactured products and Assembly kits meet company and customer quality specifications. Your role also includes checking and testing materials and other parts delivered by our outside suppliers. He/she is also responsible for supporting the QMS maintenance.

Work Scope:

- Ensure all work meets or exceeds the contract specifications and standard of excellence of the Organization.
- Ensure all materials meet or exceed the contract specifications.
- To document, monitor, track, and submit measured data.
- Coordinate, schedule, test and perform QA/QC inspections.
- Monitor daily inspection activities and materials delivered to the factory.
- Review all special inspections and material testing performed by third parties.
- Document all inspection and testing in QC reports.
- Maintain the QMS documents and updating the logs of all documents

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in quality measurement, especially the use of CMM machines.
- ISO 9001 knowledge preferred.
- Able to plan & organize.
- Must know Standard Tolerances and codes.
- Can speak and write fluently in English.

Knowledge & Skills:

- Knowledge of physical material attributed and clamping techniques, including unique material handling methods.
- Proven ability to contribute effectively to a multinational and multidisciplinary team by working collaboratively and sharing knowledge and having sensitivity and respect for diversity.
- Good knowledge in methodology and proven experience on the use of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 14485 etc ).
- Knowledge of statistical techniques for analytical data analysis and methodologies for material comparison.
- Knowledge of CMM programming and operations.
