**JOB PURPOSE**:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the programme
- Analyse past data to identify challenges and opportunities to align the organisation, department and programme goals
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and holistic business plan aimed at enhancing and expanding the programme
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to add value to existing and/or develop new partnerships and initiatives
- Undertake client prospecting and engagement activities towards expanding the client base and building long-term relationships with relevant partners
- Contribute to the visibility and enhance the public profile of the Singapore Red Cross Society’s local services
As the programme manager of HoME+, the Senior / Executive will identify the programme’s uniqueness in the market and its target audience. He / She will explore and develop existing and new partnerships with various stakeholders, plan and implement key initiatives aimed at expanding the HoME+ as well as maintaining and growing a pool of dedicated volunteers.
- Attend to public enquiries where necessary
- Proactively undertake education and engagement activities in the community towards building greater awareness of the HoME+ programme
- Establish a strong rapport with clients, volunteers, partners, as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Provide regular and relevant updates to the SRC management and colleagues in a timely and professional manner
- Represent the programme and the Singapore Red Cross at public and external events as required
