**About the role**

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Quality department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

**What you will be doing**
- Conduct checks for incoming goods against customers’ reference(s)
- Pick / pack jobs, perform goods release where the goods match against the reference
- Raise non-conformity report for damages
- Check correct materials picked for repackaging
- Create work instructions for repackaging
- Conduct in-process sampling
- Check cargo against outgoing documents and ensure that the correct cargo picked for outbound
- Check documents completed correctly
- Check documents filed in order
- Authorized person to perform Batch Release for repackaged cosmetic products according to the procedure and ensuring that all relevant regulatory and GMP requirements are complied with
- Check site is tidy, with clear signage, no mixing of cargo

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Detailed, meticulous, able to understand, read & write simple English for work purposes
- Able to calculate simple Mathematics
- Willing to work long hours, work under pressure in a fast-moving environment, support overtime, weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Dust Coat, Hair Net, Safety Shoes
