**Sounds great - what’s the role in a nutshell?**

The Content Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and editing copy for Aqua Expeditions’ digital platforms and a wide range of documents including sales material, onboard materials, and newsletters. In addition, this role will entail overseeing Aqua’s social media platforms in coordination with a social media agency, and working with the Content Marketing Assistant on sales kit management and document reviews.

**Day-to-day**:

- Creating content for global newsletters in accordance with our annual content calendar
- Coordinating with our social media agency to plan the monthly and annual social media calendar
- Creating content for trade newsletters and special trade communications
- Writing, editing, and proofreading sales documents
- Writing, editing, and proofreading onboard materials including but not limited to guide and Cruise Director PPTs, dining menus, spa menus, and itineraries.
- Conducting SEO research, sourcing images, and writing blog posts for the Aqua website
- Updating Aqua’s web pages based on SEO recommendations
- Creating newsletter layouts in Zoho and scheduling send-outs to respective segments of the Aqua database
- Writing copy for scripts and banners used at trade events
- Creating marketing material for chef-hosted departures and other special departures across Aqua’s fleet
- Working with the Content Marketing Assistant on an annual audit of onboard material

**What are we looking for?**
- Undergraduate degree, ideally in marketing or communications
- High attention to detail
- Positive, problem-solving attitude
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Adequate experience using Google Docs, Dropbox, OneDrive, Sharepoint
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience using Drupal is a plus
- Prior experience in copywriting is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,300.00 per month
