- Plan daily and weekly activities/work for workers in accordance to project milestone
- Organise the site in terms of store, material storage/handling, and housekeeping
- Ensure work progress and constant update to Site Manager / Project Manager
- Conduct daily toolbox briefing on the upcoming work and safety
- Plan material and machinery in advance for the work
- Inspect work in progress regularly to ensure safety and quality
- Improve workers skill, productivity, and methodologies
- Liaise and work closely with subcontractors
- Take care of workers
- Submit workers timesheet/reports

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of construction experience
- Experience in HIP Projects is an advantage
- Having a Class 3 driving license is an advantage
- Team player, active and hardworking
