Singapore NEXT CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING (S) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our construction and M&E products/services, targeting relevant markets and customer segments.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competition in the construction and solar industry, and use this knowledge to develop effective marketing plans.
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products/services and generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Provide support in developing sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, making data-driven recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the construction and solar industry, and use this knowledge to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing roles, preferably in the construction and M&E industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction projects and M&E technologies, including relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics, and use insights to drive marketing strategies and decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, and other marketing technologies.
- Willingness to travel to industry events and customer locations as needed.
